Refund Policy for Transcrio

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions, top-up minutes, and other paid features of Transcrio.

Purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This page summarizes how refunds and cancellations are routed for Paddle Checkout purchases. It does not create refund rights beyond Paddle's current buyer terms, refund policy, checkout disclosures, and applicable law.

Refunds, billing questions, and cancellation

For Paddle Checkout purchases, submit refund requests within 14 days of the transaction date using one of the following methods.

  • Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your purchase email.

  • Use the billing or subscription management link shown in your Transcrio account, where available.

  • Contact Paddle buyer support at https://paddle.net/ for billing, refunds, invoices, payment methods, or cancellation.

  • Contact Transcrio product support at team@support.transcrio.com for product issues, entitlement questions, or defect reports.

Paddle refund framework

Refund eligibility, withdrawal rights, and refund timing for Paddle Checkout purchases are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, Paddle's Refund Policy, the checkout flow shown to you, and applicable law. This page is a summary and does not expand those rights.

  • Paddle's current policy says transactions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless mandatory law or Paddle's refund framework says otherwise.

  • Some countries and regions give consumers statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights for digital purchases. Paddle publishes the current territory-specific rules on its legal pages.

  • If a refund is approved, access to the related paid product, plan, minutes, or other entitlements may stop or be reduced.

Technical issues and product defects

If you experience a persistent technical issue or a material defect that prevents you from using Transcrio as described, please contact us first at team@support.transcrio.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate or fix the issue.

We may ask for screenshots, timestamps, logs, or exported files that you choose to share so we can review the issue.

If the issue may affect a checkout refund, we can review the product context and help direct you to the right Paddle support flow.

Cancellation and timing

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your billing controls or Paddle's customer portal.

Unless applicable law or the checkout terms require otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future renewal charges. Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund for amounts already charged.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact Paddle or Transcrio support before opening a chargeback with your bank or card provider. If a chargeback or payment reversal is initiated, access to the relevant paid features may be suspended while the matter is reviewed.

Effect of cancellation, account closure, termination, and reversals

If you cancel a subscription, your paid access generally continues until the end of the current paid billing period and future renewal charges are stopped, unless mandatory law or the checkout terms shown to you require a different result.

If you delete your account or ask us to close it, that does not by itself create additional refund rights beyond Paddle's current buyer terms, refund policy, checkout disclosures, and applicable law. If a payment is charged back, reversed, refunded, or only partially settled or reversed, access to the related paid features may be suspended or adjusted while the matter is reviewed and after the outcome is confirmed.
